LTC Martin Alpert, SC, USA Ret. served in numerous assignments (ARNG, USAR and U.S. Southern Command) from 1970-2005, with his last assignments as an Instructor, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College Officer Course, Fort Dix, New Jersey and Military Liaison Officer, U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Presently, he is still involved as an: 1) Adjunct Faculty Member, Department of Distance Education for the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (ILE course), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. 2) Military Academy Admissions Representative-Military Liaison Officer (MAAR-MILO).
