Served in the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate 2nd class (Surface Warfare & Aviation Warfare Specialist) from 2005 - 2010 on Active Duty, and 2010 - 2014 as a Reservist. Stationed in Norfolk, VA aboard the USS Bataan LHD 5 from 2006 - 2008 as part of A-Gang in the Engineering Department, then at the Naval Safety Center from 2008 - 2010 with the Aeromedical Division. Upon transitioning to the Reserves in 2010, was then part of SurgeMain. Earned Good Conduct Medal, Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal (x2), and Flag Letter of Commendation.
