Mike's ten years of active duty service included assignments with the 82nd Training Wing, Air Education and Training Command (Sheppard AFB, Texas); the 21st Medical Group, 21st Space Wing, Space Command (Peterson AFB, Colorado); the 52nd Medical Group, 52nd Tactical Fighter Wing, U.S Air Forces Europe (Spandgdahlem, Germany); and the 75th Medical Group, 75th Air Base Wing, Air Force Materiel Command (Hill AFB, Utah).
