Retired U.S. Navy Chief Mass Communication Specialist Brian Morales served from 2002 to 2022. His career spanned from the USS Enterprise flight deck as an E-2C Hawkeye plane captain to leading joint-service media teams worldwide. Skilled in multimedia and public affairs, he advised senior leaders and directed U.S. and Korean Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines. Named the Navy’s 2014 Mass Communication Specialist of the Year (Shore), his awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation and Achievement Medals, and the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
